Do you want to become an IHK-certified make-up artist?
Everyone can join us, whether you’re a make-up enthusiast, housewife or professional. Each learning module is designed in a comfortable mix of challenge and fun, to bring you to your personal goals in the make-up world. Nevertheless, it is important that you are make-up affine. The online make-up academy was specially designed so that you will be prepared for your final exam in Mannheim step by step. Modern educational videos and intensive support make this possible. No matter where you are in the world, all you need is internet access. Get inspired by our lecturers and enjoy the professionalism and motivation through the learning modules.
How long does the online make-up class take?
The training for the IHK-certified make-up artist takes three months, both online and on-site in Mannheim. You have the opportunity to study for three months online. Unfortunately, there are many dodgy „make-up schools“ that do not teach the learning content properly. We want your full commitment for three months, in which you focus on the education by being part of our online academy. In the end, you visit Mannheim and complete the exam to become an IHK-certified make-up artist.
When and where is the final exam?
In order to take the IHK final exam, you must have successfully completed all modules of our online make-up academy. Based on your learning progress, you will be notified by us in time about the possible examination dates by e-mail. You have the choice to register for one of the three proposed exam dates. We also inform you about your exam topic in this e-mail. We are very pleased to welcome you personally to the exam in Mannheim and wish you a successful exam. Keep in mind that you can visit our preparatory seminar in Mannheim to make sure the exam will be smooth and stress-free.
How can I prepare for the final exam?
Our academy, online and on-site, is very professional to make sure that you are well prepared for the final exam. You can also attend our preparatory seminar.
What’s the preparatory seminar about?
In our preparatory seminar, we will repeat and consolidate the exam material face to face – at the Reza Shari Make-up Academy in Mannheim. We will prepare each student individually for his/her exam. You can book this seminar additionally for 99 €. The seminar usually takes place on Sundays.

What topics will be covered in the exam?
Before completion of your training, you will receive an e-mail from us.
We will propose 3 possible exam dates and you can choose one of them. Furthermore, a theme will be assigned to you and you will need to prepare for this specific topic.
How many students will take part in the exam?
This depends on how many students are currently registered on our learning platform. Depending on that, the number of students will vary.
